Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please get in touch as soon as possible to discuss returns. 

 

If the artwork has been damaged in transit, please take a photograph as soon as you find the damage. Refunds will not be given on damaged artworks without photographic proof. 

 

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be undamaged and sent back in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Workshop or Courses Refund

 

If you need to cancel a workshop

If you are unable to attend your booked workshop and it’s more than 28 days in advance of the start date, then we can offer a transfer to the same course on an alternative date, providing there are places available or a course is planned for the future. If cancellation is within 28 days of your workshop I’m afraid we are unable to offer a refund. We do appreciate that sometimes-unforeseen circumstances may mean that you can’t attend so we are happy for you to send along a friend to take your place. We will need their name and contact details prior to the workshop.

 

 

Our right to cancel a workshop

Should we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will aim to give you as much notice as possible of the cancellation. We will give you a full refund or if you prefer a transfer to an alternative available course, space permitting. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for travel or other costs.

 

 

Parties and Events

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before the date of the event. A maximum reduction of two attendees can be made at least two weeks before the date of the event. We will reduce the outstanding balance accordingly. Reductions in numbers cannot be made less than two weeks before the date of the event and the full balance of the booking must be paid. 

 

 

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable. We do appreciate that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may mean they cannot be used and we are happy for them to be transferred to a friend.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace artworks if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@odoxarts.com

 

Shipping

To return your product, send us an email at info@odoxarts.com

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged artwork to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
